The Measurement Criteria for the "Pantheon of the Greats" is different from any conventional football ranking style that you would often find from anywhere. The word 'Pantheon' in itself derives its origins from Ancient Greece and it means different things. It can refer to a spiritual place or temple where a God or gods are worshiped but it could also relate to a burial ground honoring famous people for their recognized works and triumphs. 

However, In the context of football, we can compare it to a figurative place like a 'Football Heaven' or 'Mount Olympus' where players here are often honored for their triumphs and sometimes (but often unnecessarily and ill-advisedly) elevated to the levels of Heroic Legends or Demi-gods because of their incredible performances over the course of their various celebrated careers in the eyes of football community.  

This system uses 10 categories for measuring the overall performance levels of players and legends. These players and legends can only be entered into the "Pantheon of the Greats" once they are either retired from active competitive football or they are found to be in the twilight years (the last years) of their careers and are on the verge of retirement. A final score is given over the total score of 100% to determine whether a legend or player is worthy enough fall within the ranks "Pantheon of the Greats".
